Re: An amazing customer service experience

Dear Mr. Walker,

Kindly allow me to take a moment to make you aware of an amazing customer service experience I recently had (again) with Andrea Talmadge.

During a recent transaction where I represented the seller, the buyers were ready early and wanted to move the closing ahead 2 days, from Thursday to Tuesday. They had even made extensive household goods delivery arrangements predating the contract closing date. An additional wrinkle was that my sellers had moved out of state and needed a mail out.

Andrea and her team became aware of this information late on Friday, July 20. Without missing a beat and with the kindest of attitudes Andrea coordinated lender document delivery late Friday afternoon then apologized profusely that she didn't have the documents ready for the mail out. I received a call Saturday afternoon from Andrea indicating that the documents were ready for my review and her subsequent mail out. The buyer's agent sent me an email wherein she proclaimed Andrea "incredible!” An understatement.

Andrea expertly wrapped up the final details including HOA documents, reimbursements, and a smooth and professional buyer closing ceremony.

I am proud to say Andrea has been my exclusive closer for a very long time. Like many agents, I bounced around from title company to title company as I searched for the type of service I expected for me, my clients, and the buying side whom I've asked to use a specific company. Since finding Andrea, I have never been disappointed, I have never heard a complaint from a client, and I have never heard a complaint from the buying side. On the contrary, I have been so proud to hear the glowing comments and to have her on my team.

I am a high maintenance agent who knows all my crazy impositions and requests will be cheerfully and professionally fulfilled by Andrea and her team.

I am ending my sales career and I am now the Director of Career Development at the number one real estate office in this city. As such, I have extensive contact with new agents, experienced agents, and agents from other brokerages. When they ask about title companies, I am proud to recommend Andrea and Heather and the entire Presidio organization. Not only enjoyed meeting and talking with you, but the outstanding service, assistance and advice - not to mention patience, you exhibited during the closing of Roseheart. It was trying some times...or most of the time, but definitely not due to any of the services Presidio or you and your staff provided during the transaction. I am sorry for the "excitement" levels that may have come into play. I wrote a short note to Gina thanking her also for her patience and assistance - the "check" ordeal almost put me over the top. Her balance and professional abilities to assist and "push the right buttons" kept me on track.

Also, the young lady at the reception desk took excellent care of me. Presidio is an outstanding ambassador for the Title business in every respect and I'm sure your leadership is the key.
